Refund Policy
Digital service provided immediately
Cloudac is a digital service (software as a service) that we provide to you immediately after payment. As soon as your payment clears, you have access to the dashboard and we start downloading data from the Tecomat portal on your behalf.
For this reason, at checkout you expressly consent to the immediate start of the Service and acknowledge that, under §1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you lose your right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period.
The exact consent you confirm at checkout reads:
"I agree that the service may begin to be provided immediately upon payment, and I acknowledge that by doing so I lose my right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period."
If you do not consent, you will not complete the purchase and no payment will be taken.
Service issues
If something is broken or not working as described, please email us first at support@cloudac.cz — we'll usually fix it. If we can't, we will refund a fair pro-rated amount for the period the Service could not be used as advertised.
Service-issue claims are assessed individually. Please note that brief outages and routine maintenance are not grounds for a refund.
Exceptional cases
We evaluate exceptional situations (extended downtime, fundamental changes to the Service, billing errors) on an individual basis. Email us and we'll respond.
You can stop using the Service at any time; your access will remain valid until the year you paid for runs out, after which it expires automatically with no further charge.
