Refund Policy
14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you paid, without giving any reason. This right is guaranteed by §1829 of the Czech Civil Code (občanský zákoník) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
We do not invoke the exception in §1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code that would allow us to deny the refund once the digital service has begun. The 14-day window applies fully even if you have already used the dashboard during that period.
How to request a refund
- Send an email to [CONTACT EMAIL] within 14 days of your purchase.
- Include the email address used for the purchase. You don't need to give a reason.
- We will refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used at checkout (typically your credit card via Stripe).
After 14 days
We do not normally issue refunds for unused portions of an annual subscription after the 14-day window has passed. We will, however, consider individual cases (extended downtime, fundamental service changes, billing errors). Email us and we'll respond.
You can stop using the Service at any time; your access will remain valid until the year you paid for runs out, after which it expires automatically with no further charge.
Service issues
If something is broken or not working as described, please email us first — we'll usually fix it. If we can't, we will refund you a fair pro-rated amount for the period the Service could not be used as advertised.
